Cancellation Policy
If you have to reschedule your appointment, please do within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
We charge 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours.
No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. You will NOT be able to schedule any future appointments.
All squeeze in appointments will be charged a fee of $25.
LATE POLICY
There is a 10 minutes grace period. If you are 10 minutes late, you will be charged a $15 fee.
If you arrive after the 10 minute grace period, your appointment will be cancelled, and rescheduled.
BEAUTE GUIDELINES
Please come with absolutely NO makeup and/or products on eyes face, eyes, and lashes. This means no trace of eye makeup or leftover mascara as well as concealer and/or foundation your face.
Do not drink caffeine the day of your appointment to prevent jittery eyes.
You must have at least 40-50% of your lashes still for a lash fill appointment. Anything less, will be charged a full set.
Any lash fill after 3 weeks will be considered a full set.
